I can’t thank Sam R and David C for all their help when purchasing a vehicle. I was in a tight spot, my former car was having issues plus I have children that weren’t able to fit comfortably. I explained what I was looking for and did they ever deliver! First off, they didn’t look at me as a customer, they looked at me as a dad who needed help with not only a vehicle that was reliable but one that my family could all fit in and have the safety features that any family would want Secondly, they didn’t pull any of the traditional “car sales”. They conversed with me and asked questions, without pushing me into a vehicle I didn’t particularly care for (like the last dealership did). Lastly, they worked with my credit union to make the purchase realistic and also made sure it was affordable for me. Not once did I feel like they were pushing unnecessary add-ons or pressuring me to sign up for any extended warranties. From the moment I stepped on the lot to when I drove off with my new explorer, I felt like I was with friends or at least people who actually care about their customers, people who want to actually help their community. As a local plumber to this area I can assure you I will be recommending them to every customer! I HIGHLY recommend you go with Hardy family ford, they seek to understand and make you feel like an actual person, not just another customer or sale. 10/10 will be taking all my personal and professional business to them and no one can tell me differently.
