5 hour oil change We decided to take our car in to get a simple oil change not knowing that it would be a terrible mistake. We took a car to Terry Lee for an oil change and after 20 minutes the service guy came out asking if we had any trouble with the driver side window. Well come to find out after my girlfriend left she realized that her window was off track and not in the upright position where it usually sits because the window motor is dead. We take it back and demand that they fix what they broke and never once did I feel like the service managers wanted to listen to what I had to say about it. They kept saying that they didn't break it and did not want to fix it without us paying for the parts to repair it. We are extremely upset and feel as though we were taken advantage of. And for a 100 dollar part they wanted 300 to repair it without labor. I would never recommend going to Terry Lee Honda in Beautiful Avon. They are rude and don't care about customer satisfaction. More
