Great experience. I came into Harper VW a few weeks ago looking to buy a car. The car I really wanted was a little out of my price range. I shopped around a little bit and looked at some used cars for a couple weeks. I saw some new leasing deals pop up on the VW website and signed my lease for that same car I wanted two days later. The whole process was relatively quick and easy. I got great protection and a great car for a decent price. The staff including Kimo was very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a great experience and I am very happy with my decision. More

On the first day I visited the dealer shop, Mark Hammock was helping me to find a vehicle to fit my budget and my needs. He let me test drive some of the vehicles. I decided to purchase one of them after consulting with some of my friends. I ended up getting an auto loan with my bank and that was a way far less pleasant. It takes them days to process my loan application, but Mark and Cliff are extremely patient and help me out a lot in closing the deal. They keep very good communication with me and just keep update all the time via text messaging. They are very professional and I will definitely recommend them if you need a new vehicle. More

I dealt with Mark Hammock through my car buying experience, and it was a pleasure. He is very personable and patient. I highly recommend his expertise. I would make a request and he would ensure that it got took care of, if at all possible. He consistently kept me updated about the vehicle, and he is easily reached via phone no matter the time of day. The friendly service that I encountered will have me coming back for my wife's new vehicle. Also, might I add that the manager came up to me several times during the process to make sure that I was well took care of.
