In the past several years that I have purchased new vehicles I must admit that I normally dread the experience. I consider myself an informed shopper and I generally know what the I am looking for prio vehicles I must admit that I normally dread the experience. I consider myself an informed shopper and I generally know what the I am looking for prior to my arrival and brace myself for the fast talking slimy sales guy and shady looking sales manager who is far to busy too talk me, after all I am only planning on spending a mere $30,000 Why wouldnt he want to keep me waiting. In the end he is the one that attempts to screw me on my trade. And if I dont cut a deal under his terms he looses my keys so I can't leave while the sales guy hounds me about the great deal they are giving me. However, our experience at Harr with Dean was fantastic to say the least. We were treated both friendly and professionaly. The total experience was not only acceptable but in fact pleasant. No high pressure sales tatics, no fast talking sales guy. We were able to go on a nice long unescorted test drive. We felt like we received a fair offer for our trade and we felt totally informed about the selections of options and features alloted in the model we were looking at. Dealing with Brett Starbard the GSM was a pleasure as well. Between the 2 of them they have renewed my faith in new car dealers and made our purchase experience a pleasure. I will actually look forward to working with these gentlemen during our next car purchase in the years to come. More
