If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone to this dealership on 2 separate occasions, once for a recall on my mom’s truck, and the second with my finance to find new (used) truck. All I can say is I had TERRIBLE experiences both times. When I went for service, they messed up my power running boards, and the service advisor was extremely rude. Then, when I was there recently, I worked with a sales person named Carlos. And I DO NOT recommend working with him. My finance and I were trying to explain what we were looking for, and all he would do was talk over me, and disregard everything I said. He only listened to my finances opinion. He was very snappy when it came to me, and it was a very unpleasant experience. Then it was a nightmare of a time trying to get the truck after we signed everything. Took over a week, with little to no communication, and no one was on the same page at all when it came to the status of the truck. I will not be coming to this dealership again. And I do not recommend it to others. More

Dropped my vehicle off for service. Was told it would take 3-4 hours. Returned after 3 hours only to hear that it would be another 2 hours. So I opted to wait and my ride left. About an Was told it would take 3-4 hours. Returned after 3 hours only to hear that it would be another 2 hours. So I opted to wait and my ride left. About an hour later I received a text message telling me I could review my service video. However the vehicle in the video was not my Jeep. At that point they realized that they were working on the wrong car. Finally got my car another hour later. Needless to say I am done with them. More
Brenton Loveless GOING ON 7 WEEKS WITHOUT A TRUCK,43000 MILES NEEDS TRANSMISSION,ITS A 2018 RAM 2500 WITH A TOWING & SNOW PLOW PACKAGE,I ONLY USE IT AS MY DAILY DRIVER.RAM CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT CARE,NO LO MILES NEEDS TRANSMISSION,ITS A 2018 RAM 2500 WITH A TOWING & SNOW PLOW PACKAGE,I ONLY USE IT AS MY DAILY DRIVER.RAM CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT CARE,NO LONER CAR.THE DEALER TOOK 5 WEEKS TO FIGURE OUT IT NEEDED A TRANSMISSION.IT TOOK ME 5 MINUTES TO KNOW THE NOISE WAS IN THE CONVERTER.ITS SAD,NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PARTS MADE.ALL THEY WAN'T IS YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT A HARD TIME.IN THE 7 WEEKS I HAVE GOT 3 PHONE CALLS,I MADE ABOUT 20 CALLS BETWEEN THE DEALER AND RAM,ALL I GET IS SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME.GOOGLE RAM TRUCK PROBLEMS BEFOR YOU BUY ONE.NOTHING BUT JUNK & THE PRICE OF THEM IN CRAZY. Bought a Dodge charger from this dealer less than 90 days ago. Due to a recent accident it needed to be held at dealer for "safety" related issues. Took several weeks to get off lot. A week or two into drivi ago. Due to a recent accident it needed to be held at dealer for "safety" related issues. Took several weeks to get off lot. A week or two into driving the car had issues. Bad wiring for fog lights, needs new exhaust manifold gasket, needs new automatic transmission pan as it's warped etc. Over $2000 in repairs - this was checked out by 2 other dodge dealers as I was skeptical. Both said the same thing the the dealer I bought it from tried hiding it as bolts have been corroded and broken for quite some time. Just sharing my experience as I have no problem fixing the car however be wary! More

Made an appointment to see a vehicle and drove over an hour to get there only to be told that the vehicle I had an appointment to see was sold hours before I arrived and nobody had the decency to call. To make matters worse while there I requested a price for my trade and what they offered was a joke and an insult. Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere More
