WENT IN TO LEASE 2008 JEEP ON 11/08. HAD AN AGREED UPON PRICE (LEASE PAYMENT). DEALER HAD TO GET JEEP FROM OUT OF STATE SO I MADE A DEPOSIT ON THE VEHICLE BUT DID NOT SIGN PAPERWORK EVEN THOUGH THEY WANTE PRICE (LEASE PAYMENT). DEALER HAD TO GET JEEP FROM OUT OF STATE SO I MADE A DEPOSIT ON THE VEHICLE BUT DID NOT SIGN PAPERWORK EVEN THOUGH THEY WANTED ME TO, THANK GOD I DIDN'T. UPON SEEING THE JEEP NEARLY TWO WEEKS LATER (THE DAY IT ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP) THEY PREPARED ALL THE PAPERWORK FOR ME TOO SIGN. THE DEALER'S INITAL AGREEMENT HAD JUMPED ALMOST 20 DOLLARS A MONTH MORE IN THE PAYMENT. THERE EXPLAINATION WAS THAT THE BANK HAD CHANGE IT'S FINANCING RECENTLY AND THEY HAD NO OTHER WAY OF JUSTIFYING THIS. I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THAT I HAD PUT A DEPOSIT ON AGREED VEHICLE, PRICE, AN MONHTLY PAYMENT AND THEY WENT BACK ON THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT NEGOTIATION!!! THE SALESMAN DISAPPEARED FOR A WHILE LEAVING ME DEALING WITH THIS DISHONESTY WITH THEIR FINANCIAL MANAGER (SCUM) AND LATER I CORNERED THE SALEBOY AND HE SAID HE HAD NO IDEA UNTIL, BUT WAS NOT EVEN SEEMING FAZED BY IT. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND IF YOU PLAN ON IT GOOD LUCK AND MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU SIGN YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO, DEALING WITH A DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!! I BEEN LEASING VEHICLES FOR OVER 12 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EVER HAD A STUNT LIKE THIS PULLED, NO WONDER THEIR FORD DEALERSHIP IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!! SOON TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP IF THEY KEEP THIS UP. More

This was my second purchase from this salesman. Great communication, spent a lot of time with me and getting me in the right car for my financial situation. He was very accomodating with my requests and made sure I had everything I needed right down to a frame for my license plate. He even followed up with me every anniversary of my purchase to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and if I had any issues. This salesman is very patient and really cares about his customers. No one wants, or looks forward to costly repairs, but, being treated with courtesy and friendliness, as well as in a timely manner makes the whole experience much more tolerable. Seeing & talking with Joe on 10/10 when I came in for an oil change and a diagnostic test, was like visiting with an old friend. Brian was extremely courteous and helpful when explaining the work I needed done, enough so that I scheduled the appointment for needed repair. The PCM has been replaced. I have no way to know whether or not there are or will be any problems as I have just returned home, but I have no reason to think there will be a problem I told Brian and I am now putting it in writing, I am very impressed, especially with the customer service I have received.
