Completely incompetent sales specialists I have never dealt with the unprofessionalism and incompetence that I dealt with at Harr Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Worcester, MA. I called off the purchase of a 2016 Colorado after going back and fourth for 13 days. Jay and Lanre were absolutely no help, and tried giving me attitude for their dealerships multiple errors. They failed to properly endorse the bank check I brought to them, which delayed to process by at least 5 days. They NEVER called back when they said they would. It took me calling back several hours after they said they’d call. Absolute worst experience from a customer that was extremely proactive with everything that needed to be done. I also did my own financing. More

Long Weekend I just want to say Brian Strong from Harr made what started as a horrible experience for my family into something really special and thoughtful. The cars alternator failed on the highway with my wife and girls inside and it could have been so much worse. I expected to have a 500 dollar bill by the time it was over..After talking to Brian and realizing it was on a recall, amongst a few other things and having him understand and him doing everything and more to take care of us really means and meant, a lot. It certainly says a lot about the people you guys employ and also about your business..thank you again for restoring confidence when it comes to working so hard to make it easy!
