I really enjoyed working with anne and babak, they both made the mood and whole process very light and enjoyable. Babak was so great he wouldn't give up until i found something i liked for the price i nee made the mood and whole process very light and enjoyable. I have to say that working with Trai was most enjoyable. I felt a great deal of honesty and trust coming from him. I don't purchase new cars very often, but Trai made this experience almost fun. I felt I received a somewhat reasonable deal on the trade in of my two vehicles towards the purchase of a new Altima. I know I could have received more for them if I sold them myself, however, taking into account my time and effort to do so out weighed the difference. More

After doing my homework on the line the walk into Harte Nissan was easy. The numbers I choose were within reason for both parties and the deal was done. I had an absolutely horrible experience 3 years ago with this dealership. I was hell bent on turning in my lease and walking away from Harte Nissan completely. They finally were able to convince me that th this dealership. I was hell bent on turning in my lease and walking away from Harte Nissan completely. They finally were able to convince me that they fired the rotten, lying finance person. On top of that, Harte Nissan has made up for his sins. I am so totally pleased with the NEW management and the new people at Harte Nissan. I would totally recommend them to a friend. More

Car was what I was looking for. Salesperson was very knowlegable about the vehicle. Price was probably ok but was$500 less on the trade than what I was looking for. My recent Nissan truck purchase was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new vehicle. The sales consultant, Mr. Babak Pazoki, was very courteous and made sure to explain everything to me. experiences I have had buying a new vehicle. The sales consultant, Mr. Babak Pazoki, was very courteous and made sure to explain everything to me. All the other employees and managers who I met were also very pleasant and helpful. I was also impressed with the organized process they had in place that moved everything perfectly to limit the amount of time I had to spend there. While the paperwork was being processed, for example, the truck was being detailed. By the time I had completed a helpful tour of the nice, clean facility, including the service department, my car was ready and the detail it was given was amazing! Nothing had been missed. I was completely satisfied and my expectations were greatly exceeded with everything that had to do with the purchase of my new Frontier at Harte Nissan. It was tops, and I would definitely recommend it, and the salesman, Mr. Pazoki, to everyone I know who is looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. More
