All have been courteious, caring, knowledgeable, polite, and customer concerned. The last two times we have dealt with Craig Schilz. He takes the time to listen to our needs and does his best to acquire a vehicle as close as can be found to satisfy our needs. He has don an excellent job. Whenever we can we always recommend Hartnell to friends and family. Have been asked quite often what we would suggest to improve Hartnell. It is hard to fix something that is not broke.
