My dealings with James D. in finance were equally impressive. They were both organized and prepared and the transaction could not have been any more seamless. I also dealt with managers Lou and Scott. From the top down, this place is top notch! I am in love with my new Ford F150 Lightning and so grateful that I was able to find a dealership where there were no games played, no unreasonable markups, and everything went exactly as it was promised. I will encourage all friends and family to come see Jordan, James and the gang when they are in the market for a Ford or Lincoln vehicle. More

Waited over two weeks for an appointment finally bring my car in Friday 8:30 am and left I was informed I would be notified when car was ready by 4:45 no call I called them and was told my car had not even car in Friday 8:30 am and left I was informed I would be notified when car was ready by 4:45 no call I called them and was told my car had not even been looked at and they were closing at 5:45 . I was offered two options come and pick up car make another appt for service or leave the car there over the weekend and perhaps it would get fixed sometime next week. Extremely bad business. When I arrived it took 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence no apology for wasting my time and car still not done . I would advise anyone considering them go at your own risk. I will move on and find a Ford Dealership that appreciates my business. More
