My advisor John Lydon kept me informed all the time and advisong me that Warranty would cover the repairs. Had the car delivered to my house upon completion. Overall a very good experience.

If I could give more stars for Jack I would! My experience purchasing a new car with him was made incredibly easy and stress free. He is honest, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and works with you to find the right car for you at the best price. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Unforeseen circumstances had me buying a second car shortly after and was sure to ask for Jack. Again, he delivered an incredible experience. I highly recommend Jack and the dealership!

After the sale they gave me temporary plates for 30 days. Sale went through ok. Problems starts after. Now that they’re not making any money they don’t care about the customer. So it took them 40 days after the sale to register my vehicle. That means that I could not drive my vehicle from day 30 to day 40 I had to call them several times to get this problem fixed. At one point they hid and didn’t pick my texts or my phones acting like stupid kids. Ridiculous! Be aware, if they owe you something after the sale you will need to do it yourself because they don’t care and there’s no money incentive for them.

Worst service experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance prices are ridiculously expensive even after paying for a warranty, which honestly feels pointless at this point. What made the experience even worse was the assistant manager, José Colon. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, his attitude was basically “it is what it is, if you don’t like it don’t come back.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I genuinely cannot understand how someone with that attitude is in a management position. Customer service should be about helping people, not dismissing them when there’s an issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

What an absolutely disgusting experience. Bronco has been there 25% I’ve owned it but rodents ate my wires(my problem) but would not wave the $500 diagnostic fee. Talk about not wanting repeat business. Hope they’re happy with a few hundred bucks than a lifetime customer

After a $1,600 repair failing to fix the same initial whining noise, they bribed me with a loaner car (after keeping car 2wks) and a "promise to make it right" only if I gave them a 5-star Ford survey rating first. Total scam artists. They performed major work without my authorization and lied to my face about the $999 credit Ford Corporate sent them. No one explained or informed what is my bill how much will warranty cover, how much will be out of pocket. When I asked for a bill explanation, the manager yelled, cursed, and told me to walk home (50 miles) after taking the loaner back. After over $6,400 in total payments, my car STILL has the same issue, and they won't even sit in the car to verify their "work".

5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. I called at 5:44pm to let them know I was running 10 min late. When I arrive no one greets me I’m walking around there are no customers. I had to ask someone where Mr. Lopez was and I was told he left. The gentleman named Frank called him and no answer. Mr. Lopez called him back and he said he left because he wasn’t feeling well. He also never let anyone know I was coming so they could help me. I asked who the manager was so I could complain....the manager is Matthew Lopez. Disgusted
