Really tried to like this place being from Hastings. Completely disliked a vehicle I purchased on a Saturday and express concerned on the following Monday. I went to Fury to trade it in. Now returning the extended warranty is an issue. With no returned calls no confirmation of cancelation. And told 6 to 8 weeks before I can expect a return of funds. I dont feel customer service is Hastings Chrysler top priority and we'll never be back again. Nothings takes 6 to 8 weeks this is 2020! More
