We brought our vehicle concerns (purchased a defective Chrysler Pacifica from Hastings Chrysler in which they refuse to help us with) to Fury in Inver Grove Heights and they were appalled that Hastings Ch Chrysler Pacifica from Hastings Chrysler in which they refuse to help us with) to Fury in Inver Grove Heights and they were appalled that Hastings Chrysler allowed us to drive the vehicle off their lot let alone purchase it. They do not operate on integrity instead they take advantage of those who are not experts in their field. Sam Polsfuss is a rude and dishonest salesman. Please save yourself the headache and stress and go elsewhere!!!! More

When trying to go back to them with the issues, they are completely dismissive and rude. Please take your service elsewhere! It is so disheartening that a company can be so shady! More
