" Very poor customer relations!!!"

Dishonest dealer. We signed paperwork Mar 21. A manager had an accident in it and took our truck to Metal Mayhem body shop to repair the door and promised it to us by Apr 7, because we’re going on vacation. That has come and gone, 17 days now at the body shop they chose. They have been paid for the truck, we have insurance payments set up, and still no truck. They rarely return phone calls. At signing they said the door would be a top priority, 3-4days, what a joke!!! They were to replace the windshield, also, that remains a mystery at this time because the body shop won’t let us see our truck. The dealership does not communicate with us or seem to care about this dilemma they caused.

"2005 GMC Service"

I would recommend not to go to this dealership for any kind of business... they had my truck for two days and still haven't done anything with it... also while I was checking the status of my GMC, one of the guys side swiped my wife's parked car and these people wasted my time with repairs... I wish anyone the best of luck... just park your vehicle across the road so they don't back into it...

"Dishonest practice"

During the purchase negotiations for our ATV we were promised the turn signals to be part of the purchase price and will be installed before we take the vehicle home. As we were waiting for the installation, Josh (salesperson) came in and apologized for not having the turn signals in stock, but promised to place them on order immediately and to call us as soon as they arrive so we could bring the vehicle vack for installation. I waited for his call for a couple of weeks, finally I called Josh in order to follow up myself. This is when Josh told me that turn signals are not part of street kit. How can that be that the turn signals were part of the package on the day of purchase and on Aug. 12 when I inquired about front seat overheating, but not part of the deal 2 weeks later. I THINK THIS IS VERY DISHONEST PRACTICE. I feel he made the promise just to make the sale.
