He did some research and measured seats and looked at prices and told me I would be better off with a new Veracruz and at almost the same price with some rebates and discounts. I came in looking for a car with good gas mileage. Conner Smith greeted me immediately and began asking me the specifics of what I was looking for in a vehicle. I had a vehicle in mind and Conner recommended I test drive it, which I did. The vehicle was actually too much of a sport ride. I was looking for more of a comfortable ride. I began looking at another vehicle and Conner encouraged me to drive it and I did. After we got back Conner suggested I look at the Sonata for a more comforatable drive. He also said after finding out that I have 2006 Sonata that with Loyalty money back and financing money and finance rate I would be within $1000 of the vehicle I had just driven. He thought I would prefer the Sonata's comfortable drive and he was correct. Conner went out of his way to find the exact color and package I wanted in the vehicle. He was not pushy and took the time find out the specifics I wanted and the options I did not want topay for. I came away with exactly the car I wanted with all the options important to me. I definitely appreciated his time to find out exactly what I was looking for and getting the vehicle I wanted. More
