We were looking at possibly purchasing the Hyundai Veloster. I had done a little research on them online, but we had not seen one in person until we arrived at the lot. When we arrived at the lot, John greeted us, but was busy with other customers so Jeremy kind of stepped in to help until John was free. They were both very helpful. Both Velosters they had were manual transmission and it was almost closing time that evening. We came back four days later. I had talked to John about maybe needing an automatic. He called me back and said that the east store had one that he could bring over for us to look at. By the time we got there he had the auto Veloster there. We drove the auto and both of the manual shift Velosters. We ended up buying one of the manual shift models mainly because of the color (green) and that it had both the style and tech packages. The trade in process went very smoothly and they worked with us on getting a low interest rate and getting the payments where we needed them. My wife even enjoyed the experience which she normally hates. I would highly recommend this dealership and these employees we worked with. They made it a very enjoyable experience. More
