Not once was I asked, "What do you want your payment to be?", which displays the attitude of both Hamilton and the dealership in general. After signing all the paperwork, I was given a tour of the dealership and service center, to make it feel like "home". Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly Transmission went out on my BMW (96,000 miles). So much for "German engineering". I was considering a Lexus but found the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited model with all leather, panoramic sunroof, navigation and 10 year engine and powertrain warranty to be a better option. Bill Stout was very knowledgeable about the Sonata hybrid and cars in general and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision without any pressure to buy. Sonata has the lowest cost of ownership over 5 years of any car - check it out on the Kelly Blue Book website. Hyundai offers a great 120,000 mile extended warranty and protection package for the outside (paint and dings) and inside of the car. Really well thought out approach to keeping a car looking like new at a low cost. All of the staff at Scholfield Hyundai were friendly and professional. More
