Easy to find, attractive entrance, and business area. Greeted by Ivan upon coming in and was introduced to Pierce who also will be helping me. The purchase and trade in when smoothly and I appreciated Ivan’s patience and friendliness throughout the transaction. Pierce prepared the car for me to take away and made sure I understood where all the knobs were in my xt5.
