This is the place to come for great customer service and authentic cars. I was turned down at other dealerships, but Sales Manager John King and Leon Wallace made it happen THE SAME DAY! I was looking for a authentic cars. I was turned down at other dealerships, but Sales Manager John King and Leon Wallace made it happen THE SAME DAY! I was looking for a car with 100,00 miles because i thought that's all I could get with my income and credit. However, John told me "Ramon we're not gonna get you a car with 100,000 miles that's too many miles." He was no short of his word. I drove off in a 2019 Infiniti QX60 with 31,000 miles. There's no competition out there to get you in a vehicle that you will be 100% satisfied with. More

Angus and my service team are spectacular. He kept me updated the entire time step-by-step with constant updates. He had updates available to him.. On the other hand, I am extremely disappointed with GM that they do not have vehicles as loaners similar size to a customers vehicle. I purchased a Cadillac Escalade ESV because I need a large vehicle, I spent almost a month in a tiny vehicle, equinox or Traverse, which I do not feel as acceptable. If a larger vehicle is not available, I should be able to rent a larger vehicle from a rental company and get full reimbursement for the rental More
