Unnecessary service was recommended I have a 2014 Taurus. When I had it serviced at Hawk with 90,000 miles, they recommended transmission service (flush, etc). So we did this. On the I have a 2014 Taurus. When I had it serviced at Hawk with 90,000 miles, they recommended transmission service (flush, etc). So we did this. On the next visit at 95,000 miles for a simple oil change, they again recommended transmission service. So clearly neither the technician nor service manager looked into what was needed for this vehicle. More
