I have brought both my fords to Hawk and very pleased. Brought my 17 year-old to Quick Lube with her Hyundai Elantra for first oil change of her life. Never brought anything other than Ford, but sign says we service all makes/models. Asked rep is oil filter in stock, check with parts dept...."yes". Left daughter and car. One and a half hours later, called daughter; "they did not have filter, so waited for part delivery...it was wrong size." "Necessary oil filter is on back order, so they are going to replace oil (had been drainged), and only charge me for oil". TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I called rep, and yes in fact they were going to charge for oil, (which we would need drained next weekend for a proper LOF. What a sour experience for 17 year old at first "routine" oil change. (PS spent $930.00 the week before at Hawk for F150 AC, and this is my treatment" Steven H More
