Great Service. Could not find the lug-nut key on my vehicle so tire rotation could not be done....Service rep told me to check with parts or go to auto-parts store. Would have been nice if they would have just taken a few mins to get the information from the parts dept so I didn't have to do the leg work. Not the dealerships or service departments fault that the lug key is missing, but from a service perspective they missed an opportunity to go above and beyond needed for me to give them the 5th star. More

Only reason I gave 2 stars, because I actually liked my service advisor Brett. Got an E-mail saying our Super Duty was scheduled for service the morning after an overnight drop off. [ Malfunction code and service advisor Brett. Got an E-mail saying our Super Duty was scheduled for service the morning after an overnight drop off. [ Malfunction code and derate ] Same complaint that it was in for less than 6 months ago. Took a week to get it in the shop with no loaner. Then charged $262 for basically clearing the code. Been coming here for years [ Spent a good chunk of change ] and have sent many customers your way, [ Including the company I work for ] but will take it elsewhere from now on. More

I pulled into service unexpectedly with a flat tire. Not only did the service advisors get me in right away but they also found a way to get me a new tire that they didn’t have in stock. I had been rushing to a meeting with all of this happened so they got me into a loaner to go do my meeting while they fixed my car. Literally the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Monique (service advisor) was knowledgeable and a total rockstar. John (the service director) was awesome. Couldn’t be happier and will continue to use their services and buy my cars from Hawk! More
I have a gap on the bottom of the windshield to the tray that covers the wiper motor. You were to call back with a welt that is missing. I'm still waiting.
