I have a gap on the bottom of the windshield to the tray that covers the wiper motor. You were to call back with a welt that is missing. I'm still waiting. I pulled into service unexpectedly with a flat tire. Not only did the service advisors get me in right away but they also found a way to get me a new tire that they didn’t have in stock. I had been rushing to a meeting with all of this happened so they got me into a loaner to go do my meeting while they fixed my car. Literally the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. This is the first time I ever had to wait over two and a half hours for oil change at this location. It’s usually very quick, even when they’re busy. Seemed to be a lot of new employees and am wondering i half hours for oil change at this location. It’s usually very quick, even when they’re busy. Dave in service and Jessica (I believe) in the front office were exceptionally helpful, considerate and professional dealing with a recall on my car. They were thorough with making sure that the parts w office were exceptionally helpful, considerate and professional dealing with a recall on my car.
