Went for routine service (oil change) on my motorhome. I was satisfied with the service, but there was a rate increase for RF's. In these inflationary times, this just an expense I did not need. This is the first time I ever had to wait over two and a half hours for oil change at this location. It’s usually very quick, even when they’re busy. Seemed to be a lot of new employees and am wondering i half hours for oil change at this location. It’s usually very quick, even when they’re busy. Dave in service and Jessica (I believe) in the front office were exceptionally helpful, considerate and professional dealing with a recall on my car. They were thorough with making sure that the parts w office were exceptionally helpful, considerate and professional dealing with a recall on my car. They were thorough with making sure that the parts were ordered in a timely manner and that I was updated throughout the whole process. They are not even my home dealership but I was treated like a regular customer. I highly recommend the service at Hawk Ford. More
