Service Manager Steve was excellent in overseeing an investigation into a persistent electrical problem with my Escape Hybrid and diagnosed the problem when other dealers couldn't. Nikko was great to work with. It took time to get an appointment , and then more than a week to get a new radio. When I balked at waiting over a week for installation after the radio arrived, Nikko juggled schedules to get me in the next morning. It was disappointing to hear that no matter how long I would wait for the repair Ford would not make a loaner car available for a warranty repair that took most of a day. But that was not Nikko’s problem. At the completion of the repair I was sent off without reestablishing Sirius for the new radio. I was able to do this on my own, but it would have been nice to be told that I’d need to do that myself, or for someone to have helped me do it. But the work was done well and under warranty, so I’m happy. More
