No one called me back after saying they would multiple times. Communication was absolutely nonexistent. I don’t mind my vehicle having to stay over two nights. The horrible thing was no one ever contacted times. Communication was absolutely nonexistent. I don’t mind my vehicle having to stay over two nights. The horrible thing was no one ever contacted me with updates. Every time I found out something, I had to initiate it, and there was no consideration or apology given for the neglect. Actual maintenance was good. Customer service was way down in office. I did not feel valued at all, but rather taken for granted. On a positive note, Jeff, the mechanic, is a really good guy who took the time to answer my questions and go step by step through the process. More

The night before I tried to set an appointment for the The night before I tried to set an appointment for the next morning but the website indicated they would not have any openings for another two weeks. The night before I tried to set an appointment for the next morning but the website indicated they would not have any openings for another two weeks. I took chance and dropped my F150 off the next morning for a coolant leak. I was told the service department has been busy and didn't know when they would be able to look at my truck. They called me later that morning and told me they found my water pump went out. Didn't know if they had the parts but would get back to me. They found the parts and was able to repair my truck the same day. Great Job Hawk!! More
