I drop off my vehicle after hours and I was contact directly after they service department opened. They review exact issue I explained to them and then tended to the problems in minimum time ! They called me to schedule an oil change. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and put my keys in the drop box as advised. I even called to confirm my 7am appointment. When I called to see if my ve vehicle off the night before and put my keys in the drop box as advised. I even called to confirm my 7am appointment. When I called to see if my vehicle was ready to be picked up, they said they would call me back in 5 minutes because they couldn’t find my keys. They never called me back and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I tried to call them to see what was going on. I ended up droving to the dealership to find out they didn’t even do my oil change and the keys were still in the lock box. So frustrating and horrible customer service! I was telling the story to some friends at dinner and they said they have had bad experiences at Hawk Ford as well and will never buy a car or company car from them ever again. Lesson learned, I will use my Ford points at another dealer next time. More
