Felt like they were trying to rip me off I dropped my 2017 F150 for an oil change, on of the service adviser called and said they had bad news for me. They asked me if I have any oil showing I dropped my 2017 F150 for an oil change, on of the service adviser called and said they had bad news for me. They asked me if I have any oil showing on the ground. I replied no. They continued to tell me that the oil pan is leaking and needs to be repaired right away. They even went as far to say that they didn't fill it with oil yet because they wanted to drop the oil pan right away and also that my rear differential was leaking. I told them no thanks and brought the truck home. Curious about their diagnosis I had it looked at by another Ford dealer. They showed me that the only oil leak is a small seepage around the oil pan flange and that there wasn't any oil that even got down to the underbody covers. They snuged the pan bolts up and cleaned the residual oil off and sent me down the road N/C. Hawk ford is the only Ford dealer that has ever mentioned anything about leaks, the truck has nearly 100,000 miles on it and small oil seepage is normal. Not at the level of how Hawk Ford described it. I will not return to Hawk Ford they refused to accept a direct mail offer for $25.00 and this. I do not want to be contacted by anyone from Hawk Ford. Please do not have them call me. More

Steve’s Setvice Visit Both the Steve’s in service write up helped me out, I was offered a free loaner and was really pleased when it was a brand new Edge with only 190 mi Both the Steve’s in service write up helped me out, I was offered a free loaner and was really pleased when it was a brand new Edge with only 190 miles on it. The service took 3 days, which was expected, everything was completed to my full satisfaction, and Steve kept me updated daily on their progress. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Kudos to the service writers and technicians who cared for my car. Oh, and they were ready for me when I arrived to drop off and pickup my vehicle. Drop off took 15 minutes while they made sure they understood why was needed. Pick up when the service was complete only took 2-3 minutes. I keep coming back for all my car purchases and service because I can depend on the team at Hawk Ford to take great care of me. More

Could not perform service as needed Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told they were unable to rotate tire cause lift had a vehicle on it from day before. Really does the shop not have floor Jack's to raise truck to remove tires to rotate? 2nd issue. When I checked in with service writer I asked to make sure mechanic greased the u joints in the front axle for the 4 wheel drive. After they were done with my truck and I had paid I crawled under the truck in the parking lotto see if the u joints had been greased and they had not been. I then took pics of grease zerks that were covered with dirty grease with no evidence of them being greased. I went back into service writer and informed her that the u joints had not been greased. She went to get a mechanic to come out and grease them. After waiting 10 minutes she came out to tell me that they were unable to grease thr u joints because NOBODY had a grease gun to do it. This is not the first time I've had issues with this either. That definitely was the last time I will visit Hawk Ford for service work or any future plans of buying a new vehicle. Tired of half assed service! More
