Battery Replacement Good service but some confusion from the beginning. I was told to bring my car to service and when I did, they sent me to quick lane and the person w Good service but some confusion from the beginning. I was told to bring my car to service and when I did, they sent me to quick lane and the person would open the door for me. I waiting several minutes and no one came. I called and was told to go inside but I couldn't turn my car off due to the battery issue. Once inside, there was a lot of confusion on other jobs that people were too vocal about in fron of customers. They ultimately fit me in and I was out in an hour with a new battery. Overall a good experience. More
Horrible Experience Waited over 2 hours for a "quick service" oil change and tire rotation. We will never go back to Hawk Ford. While waiting we experienced customers being notified the service team lost parts such as lug nuts which the customer had to pay to replace and services not being explained properly which caused the customer to pay more. It was just horrible. Looks like they need more training/management in their service department. More

Oil change, front brake pads and new accessory drive belt Used Quick Lane - short wait to get a repair station. Technician found two smaller issues, including split belt. All fixed while I waited. Had my car here for a month multiple times. Engine light always came back on in a short amount of time. During the most recent time they had my car they constantly called and emailed trying to get me to tra always came back on in a short amount of time. During the most recent time they had my car they constantly called and emailed trying to get me to trade the car when I just wanted it fixed. The day I was supposed to get it back they called to add almost $300 to my bill for finding something new that needed to be fixed. The engine light came back on 2 days later after driving only a few miles because I don’t even drive it to work. I was in communication with multiple people and none of them were on the same page communicating with each other so I always had to clarify the situation to get an answer. For example, by accident, my family and I called to find out the bill for the car at the same time. I was told something that was $1500 less than my family was told so I had to call and ask for the bill total in an email to make sure I was getting told the right thing. I changed my mind on selling the car the day I got it back because a family member bought a new car and offered to sell me their old one that was newer than mine. When I tried to do this I was questioned why I changed my mind in a degrading fashion and unfortunately left the place where both parties were disrespectful. Was unfortunate to have an experience that I had as there is plenty more details I don’t want to explain. Lastly, they called and emailed me a few times about leaving a review. Wasn’t going to leave one but since they were persistent, here it is. More
