The “works” and failed seat environmental controls We had our 2016 Ford Explorer in for an oil change/tire rotation. Along with that our seat heaters/coolers had failed again for the 4th time in 3 1/2 We had our 2016 Ford Explorer in for an oil change/tire rotation. Along with that our seat heaters/coolers had failed again for the 4th time in 3 1/2 years of ownership. It has been our only real disappointment with an outherwise excellent vehicle. Since our manufacturers warranty had expired, I express my concerns with Steve and he agreed to research the issue for us. Steve informed us that because of the chronic failure of this part that it would be fixed at no cost to us. We were very appreciative and believe it was the right thing to do. We have been coming to this dealership for 16 years and with the ownership change from Zimmerman to Hawk, we weren’t sure what to expect. We have always been treated well by this dealership and it looks like that will continue to be the case. This location isn’t the closest dealership to our house, but we will continue to make a little longer drive for great consumer service. Thank you. More

Did what was needed We brought our car into service for an oil change. At that time they ordered parts for an airbag recall. We were told the parts should be there in a week and they would call us. About a month later we still never heard from them so we called. Tom was apologetic for the error in not calling us and scheduled an appointment right away. The recall was done on the day of our appointment as we were told. Unfortunately, this is the only Ford dealer we’ve ever had any of our cars serviced at that did not wash your vehicle before we picked it up. The service employees are very nice and professional, but they need to work on some of the other details that would make the experience better. More
