Service has really gone down here. Poor communication. They didn’t do everything we asked them to. They lied and said a service was refused, when we didn’t even know it was an issue un Poor communication. They didn’t do everything we asked them to. We had to call for updates, because they didn’t initiate any updates. The phone contact did not seem to know what was going on either. They really need to improve their communication A LOT! More
