The service department was amazing! ! Went on a ride with a service technician to show them the concern I had with a noise coming from my Bronco. Then they took my vehicle in and diagnos ! Ordered my part and got me scheduled as soon as they could. Happy to say the problem was fixed and my Bronco is running great!! More

The scheduling needs to be addressed. I had a 1:15 appointment and at 2:30 I had to talk the the person at the desk to find out when my vehicle would get into the bay. Just to be clear, I don’t believe that it was the man at the desk fault. However, waiting an additional hour and fifteen minutes before being serviced is unacceptable. More

They got the part installed very timely and also when asked they check my tire pressure because I thought one tire was not the same as the others on the tire gauge screen. I was happy that the dealership was proactive, and followed up with me to get a recall done.
