It took over 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and replace cabin filter. I felt I fell through the cracks of the service department. I did reserve a service appointment but advisor could not locate it. My oil maintenance light was not reset. I was told my power steering was leaking but fluid levels were fine. I took for second opinion and was told power steering was not leaking.
