I needed to call to get updates on my car. The service tech did not provide any information as to why my car needed a new engine. Luckily it was covered over the warranty. Appointment was at 11;00 am. At 11;40 asked why my car had not yet been looked at. Shortly after that they inspected the car. Inspection took 10 minutes. The staff was professional and engaged. I think a complimentary car wash would be a bonus. I have had a couple of Honda and many Acuras. Each time I bring them in for service to a dealer th I think a complimentary car wash would be a bonus. I have had a couple of Honda and many Acuras. Each time I bring them in for service to a dealer they do a full clean, wipe and vacuum. I currently have a 2007 Acura and each time I go in they treat it like a new vehicle. It leaves a lasting impression. I have been a non-stop Acura / Honda owner since 1994. I have also had BMW's and Mercedes and they all provide a cash, wipe and vacuum as part of their service. Just a suggestion. More
