Look elsewhere first. Mazda hawk has proven to be no different than any other dealership engaging in egregious sales tactics. Textbook example of overpromise and under deliver in order to close a deal. My family and I recently purchased three vehicles here within a week. At first I was more than happy to recommend family as everything spoken to me sounded good, that was my mistake as promises made by our salesman did not fall through. Management on the initial date of sale also tried to push their typical dealer markups of $2000 for paint protection and vin etching. Something that was ‘mandatory’ but was somehow managed to be removed later, which I am thankful for but the aggression in the first pitch and blatant lie of no option around it was unnecessary time wasted. Salesperson was competent until something went above their control and became managements problem to resolve after the deal had been made. 18 days post sale and I am still waiting for a refund for overpayment that they assured me they would refund within one week, which turned into the next week, then the week after. Same response daily that they are working on it with no actual result in sight. If you are looking for a place to do business efficiently and reliably I cannot recommend Mazda Hawk based on my experience. More
