I was there on time for my appointment but my vehicle was not taken in for service until an hour later. The vehicle was driven in to get seviced and another 45 minutes passed before the vehicle was returned not taken in for service until an hour later. The vehicle was driven in to get seviced and another 45 minutes passed before the vehicle was returned to me! 1:45 minutes for an hoil change??? The gentelman at the service desk who checked me in was professional and apologized numerous times for the delay. The waiting area qas immaculate. More
