It takes too long and can be confusing at times but my experience at Hawk with Dan was am Let me start by saying that I do not like shopping for cars! He had different vehicles ready for me when I got to the dealership that were ready to get into and test drive. I chose one within 30 minutes and the paper work took less than one hour.
