Are you forgetting to wash the car or was there a reasonable explanation for this? Either way, communicating this with the customer is always important. Also, I had noted some suspension issues that have still not been identified; now I'm thinking if the employees are able to so easily overlook something as simple as a car wash, then how hard are they really looking for the problems with my suspension? I will say the service I received from the representative (one of the Justins) was excellent in spite of the other shortcomings. More

New Car Purchase We purchased a new Mazda CX-5 in Feb'19 from Hawk. It is the first Mazda we've ever owned (prior Toyota) and Dan McCarthy made it a great experience.
