This dealership really is a five star dealership. Every person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We worked out a deal and via email and there was no BS or games when I went to finalize the paperwork in the store. I talked with the finance rep Bill who was also helpful and friendly. I feel that both Bill and Ernie had my best interest in mind. My experience was free of BS and games which made this a great experience. Will for sure be back when we need another new car! More
