I don't know who Sean McDermott is, sorry. But what I did not appreciate was the AI appointment I was given with 'Carolyn' and when I asked for her I find out that's not real. I highly recommend Hawk Subaru if you are looking for a Subaru. There was no “hard sell” from the sales people. Other dealerships can be forceful is selling you a car.
