Outstanding Service I bought a 2017 Passat from a person in Florida and 2 weeks after getting home the battery needed replacement. I thought the dealer had to do it becau I bought a 2017 Passat from a person in Florida and 2 weeks after getting home the battery needed replacement. There are no "add-on" things shoved at you during the completion of the sale. You walk out of the place happy without feeling like you were pressured in any fashion. They will listen to your concerns, discuss them with you and help you figure out the best thing for you. Oil change and check tires When I checked in I asked rep how long of a wait for an oil change. She said not long. I said ok. I got there about 10:00 am. I left at 11:52. I’ve had oil changes at other places. But didn’t have to wait that long. Secondly I asked if they would check my tires since my tire sensor light kept coming on. She said they reset the sensor and put air in all my tires. Today my light came on again. So I went to the tire store that I bought my tires. They are relatively new. The associate at the tire store had to take air out of them. He said each tire had 39 lbs of air. If you work on Volkswagons wouldn’t you know that each tire takes 32 lbs. very disappointed on the lack of knowledge from this dealership. More
