I paid almost $200 to have my air conditioner fixed. Less than a week later it was broken and blowing hot air again. When I brought it back they asked to keep my car for 2 days, offered me a rental at my own than a week later it was broken and blowing hot air again. When I brought it back they asked to keep my car for 2 days, offered me a rental at my own expense and after two days wanted an additional $528 to “get it working.” I opted not to continue getting any work done there. because I lost all confidence in them. It was so easy to deal with Hawthorne Chevy. They were up front, and did not play any games. No hidden fees or charges, not pushy at all, and they were able to do almost all if the paperwork ahead of time so front, and did not play any games.
