There was a lack of communication from the staff about my vehicle and no clear explanation of what was done or not done during the service. I expected at least some updates or transparency, but that was m my vehicle and no clear explanation of what was done or not done during the service. After waiting, I was sent straight to the cashier without anyone reviewing the work on my car with me or answering my questions. The overall experience felt rushed and unprofessional. More
