He gave us several options in terms of pricing with down payments and we did not have to haggle. He also didn't try to push us into something and when we told him that we were still going to look into other options, like a minivan, he was supportive and said we could get back to him. It only took us a few days to realize that the Traverse was what we wanted and needed! When it came to pick up the truck, everything was ready for us and meeting with Carrie to sign paperwork was simple and efficient. The entire experience is what car buying should be....not the back and forth of prices and "talking to managers to get a better deal" Hawthorne Chevy was upfront about prices and we respected that!
