He made the process quick and easy, was very helpful through phone and text, and had everything ready and waiting for me when I came down to pick up the new car. Will definitely work with him again. My only complaint is the service center. They made things confusing, didn’t follow through properly on my service requests, and several times I called they gave me the wrong information. I’m happy to do my business with the sales team but avoid using the service center even if it is free/low cost More
