Brought in my 15 Escalade for a valve train issue which was covered under ext warranty which I paid extra for and still paid 400.00 out of pocket and no loaner car. Had my vehicle for a month !!!!! Picked was covered under ext warranty which I paid extra for and still paid 400.00 out of pocket and no loaner car. Had my vehicle for a month !!!!! Picked the vehicle up no check light on drove 2 miles check engine light came on !!!! Brought it back scanner saying catalytic converter !!!! Cleared code was told drive it will go off its residual will burn off it has not !!!!! Brought it back 2 more times now being told needs a new catalytic converter and its not covered and it's over 4k. Didn't have this problem when I brought it in so my next step will be contacting my attorney More
