My SUV had needed to be towed and needed unscheduled work. Hawthorne Chevy Service Dept (Steve) took great care of my SUV, analyzed it & told me parts needed to be ordered and updated me. Waited over 2 weeks for an appointment, then dropped vehicle off night before so it would be there on time (7am) when they opened. Wanted an estimate for front end problem.
