Came in for an oil change and an air conditioning service because my AC did not work on our super hot day a few weeks ago. I told them I was in a bit of a hurry and really needed the truck back by 1-2PM or a because my AC did not work on our super hot day a few weeks ago. I told them I was in a bit of a hurry and really needed the truck back by 1-2PM or absolutely no later then 4 PM. They called me at 1215 saying it'd be done by 1230. They did a great job. They also gave me their first responder discount, since I am a first responder in town, and it is amazing that they support us. It means a lot. More

4days for a water pump is excessive. Didn't like the way I was treated. Was not offered a loaner car to get back and forth. Waited a week for a appointment. And 4days for repair.
