I had your group perform the recommended 60k mile service & as I started the vehicle the car wasn’t functioning properly so I spoke with Mike Rivera. Fortunately he was on his game. He had to connect one of & as I started the vehicle the car wasn’t functioning properly so I spoke with Mike Rivera. Fortunately he was on his game. He had to connect one of the hoses under the hood as well do something with the computer. Needed to be recharged with an ac full service The found all 4 tires were severely dry rotted and needed to be replaced ? How did I pass the 27 point inspection ( all checked as passing and attached to my invoice? ) More
