Joe was very attentive when I was explaining the engine malfunction at 3.7K miles on my NEW 2021 Silverado Trail Boss. Joe and team did perform the in warrantee repairs and while I was not happy that GM o malfunction at 3.7K miles on my NEW 2021 Silverado Trail Boss. Joe and team did perform the in warrantee repairs and while I was not happy that GM only replaced 1 bent pushrod and 8 lifters on one side, instead of replacing all of the lifters which have a know defect announced by GM in a service bulletin, Joe did get my new truck back to me in 3.5 weeks. Services were performed and so far truck is running. I do have a whistling noise when A/C is running which did not happen before I brought truck in. I will be bringing the vehicle back in to resolve this new issue. Overall Joe was great! Not happy about truck. I have already reached out to GM Corporate to further investigate how GM is going to stand behind this “known” defect. Matthew Frey More

The wife was happy with the fast oil change and that they didn’t try and sell an unnecessary alignment. The waiting area was also good for a dealership.
