I waited a couple weeks after being charged a a diagnostic fee to determine the light up bowtie on my tahoe needed replacement which I already was 99% sure of to call and find out the part was neve diagnostic fee to determine the light up bowtie on my tahoe needed replacement which I already was 99% sure of to call and find out the part was never ordered. Asked Greg the service advisor to look into it, order it and call me back to let me know it was ordered and a time frame. I never got a call back. Now I have my original dealer replacing in and it was ordered and done within the week. I feel I was not provided with any service at all. I will not come back for repairs. More
